O365 Developer and Power Platform Specialist

Job Summary
Responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions that improve productivity, collaboration, workflow automation, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
• Design automated workflows and business process solutions.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and applications.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 and Power Platform with enterprise systems.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Manage application lifecycle, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing Power Platform solutions.
• Apply security, governance, permissions, and data management standards.
• Provide technical support and user guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of APIs, Dataverse, SQL, and system integration is an advantage.
• Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
