What does the role involve?
As a Composite Apprentice, you will participate in the manufacturing and repair of molds used in the production of our bathtubs. You will work with a variety of tools and manufacturing processes while developing specialized expertise through the training provided by our team.

What is the ideal profile for this position?
- Demonstrate knowledge of both metric and imperial measurements;
- Be comfortable using hand tools, power tools and saws;
- Show excellent attention to detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work;
- Demonstrate autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Be able to work in a dusty environment;
- Have experience in manufacturing, assembly, carpentry, cabinetmaking, auto body repair or fiberglass (an asset).
What will your responsibilities be as a Composite Apprentice ?
- Participate in the manufacturing of fiber molds used to produce our bathtubs;
- Repair and maintain molds;
- Cast polyurethane parts;
- Participate in the laminating of various parts, demonstration units, as well as bathtub and shower;
- Build bathtub jigs;
- Support the team in daily operations;
- Follow all health and safety standards and procedures;
- Perform other related duties as required.
