Facility Manager

Overview

Planned Systems International (PSI) is an Enterprise IT services company that focuses on designing, building, securing, and operating cutting-edge software solutions and communications systems that drive mission success and operational excellence for Federal Government organizations. We are currently seeking a Facility Manager for PSI’s NWFL Innovation Lab supporting research and development activities in the Innovation, Energy and Defense sectors. This is an amazing opportunity to directly deliver emerging technological capability to our nation’s best.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating with government customer and program leadership for use of the Innovation and Automedix facilities.
• Manage all aspects of facility maintenance to ensure utilities, cleaning, repairs, and maintenance are accomplished.
• Work with corporate facility manager to ensure security system and badging services are working and badges for all local employees are provided.
• Ensure kitchen area is stocked with amenities that ensure employee morale.
• Work with program leadership to ensure quality of facility is maintained as the showcase location for PSI in the panhandle of Florida.
• Work with subcontractors to ensure access is based on good standing with corporate finance.

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years of experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of commercial and military environments.
• Knowledge of government professional settings. Understand how to manage distinguished visitors from government customers.
• Knowledge of and experience of medical and government professional environments to keep our facility at the cutting edge.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in professional nursing and medical equipment.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 15 pounds independently.
