Description
Our client is seeking an Ecommunications Specialist to support the implementation of a comprehensive first-line-of-defense record keeping framework, encompassing process design, governance, controls, and technology integration.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Support design and implementation of a 1LOD record keeping framework, including surveillance, archival, and retrieval controls
- Develop and refine the target operating model (TOM), process maps, RACI matrices, and governance structures
- Establish journalisation rules and automated reconciliation controls linking journalized populations to archived e-communications
- Create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), mock-ups, and detailed implementation roadmaps
- Provide technology development support and coordinate with technical teams on system integration and automation
- Lead change management initiatives, conduct training sessions, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support deployment activities and transition to business-as-usual operations
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in ecommunications, record keeping, compliance, or operational transformation
- Demonstrated expertise in target operating model (TOM) design and process mapping
- Strong knowledge of surveillance and recordkeeping frameworks, journalisation rules, and reconciliation controls
- Proficiency in RACI development, governance design, and controls architecture
- Experience with change management, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to develop technical requirements documentation and liaise with technology teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills in a regulated financial services environment
