Summary:

In this role, you will lead laundry and linen consulting initiatives that drive client value through insightful analytics, strategic guidance, and category expertise. You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations, lead complex projects, advise senior client leaders, mentor consultants, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand consulting services within indirect spend.

Responsibilities:

• Lead laundry and linen consulting initiatives that deliver strategic insights and measurable client value.
• Interpret complex analytics and communicate compelling insights that influence client decision-making and behaviors.
• Guide and mentor consultants on data analysis, advanced analytical techniques, data interpretation, and effective storytelling.
• Plan and oversee analytical activities to generate strategic insights and address complex business challenges.
• Manage complex projects and workstreams, establishing priorities, timelines, scope, and resources to achieve expected outcomes.
• Facilitate meetings and strategic discussions with executive-level client leadership, including periodic interactions with C-suite leaders, to support decision-making.
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships while identifying opportunities for follow-on consulting work.
• Support business development through marketing, solution and proposal development, and sales activities.
• Improve consulting products, services, tools, and methodologies within areas of expertise.
• Determine and leverage appropriate intellectual capital, including case studies and other materials, for client presentations and sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Demonstrated expertise in consulting, indirect spend, strategic sourcing, or related areas.
• Experience analyzing complex data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading complex projects or workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and facilitate discussions with senior and executive-level client leaders.
• Strong relationship-building, mentoring, and consultative skills.
• Experience supporting business development, solution development, or sales activities preferred.
• Laundry and linen category experience preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
