Running parts in Anchorage requires more than standard dealership experience. Supply chains are longer, lead times are real, and inventory decisions carry more weight. The Parts Manager here needs to be sharp, proactive, and deeply familiar with how to keep a multi-brand operation running without interruption.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead all parts department operations across Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen -- managing inventory, staffing, vendor relationships, and daily workflow to support three distinct service operations

• Drive parts department profitability -- owning gross profit, fill rates, inventory turn, and obsolescence control across all three brands

• Manage ordering and stocking decisions with Alaska's logistics realities in mind -- anticipating lead times, planning for seasonal demand, and maintaining the inventory depth the market requires

• Develop and hold accountable a parts team -- building capability, accuracy, and a culture of consistent execution

• Manage OEM parts programs, warranty parts processes, and manufacturer return procedures for Porsche, Audi, and VW with full compliance

• Build and maintain strong vendor and OEM relationships to ensure parts availability and program optimization

• Partner with service management across all three brands to align parts supply with service demand

• Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined receiving, cycle counts, and bin organization standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of parts manager experience in a franchised dealership -- European or luxury brand experience strongly preferred

• Multi-brand parts management experience a significant plus -- managing Porsche, Audi, and VW parts systems simultaneously requires organizational depth

• Strong command of parts department financials -- fill rate, gross profit, inventory turn, and obsolescence management

• Experience managing parts logistics in a remote or geographically challenging market a strong advantage

• Comfortable with DMS platforms and OEM parts ordering systems -- ETKA, PCAS, or equivalent VW Group/Porsche systems experience preferred

• Proven ability to develop and lead a parts team in a demanding, multi-brand environment

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
