About the role
Lead cloud innovation efforts by collaborating with international customers to deliver customized cloud operations solutions that drive service quality and operational effectiveness in a collaborative and virtual global environment. • Engage with international clients to assess and address their cloud operational requirements, offering tailored solutions that maximize efficiency and performance. • Work closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless integration and consistent delivery of cloud services. • Identify and address technical challenges proactively to maintain high service availability and operational continuity. • Operate effectively within a virtual, geographically dispersed environment, coordinating with stakeholders across different time zones. • Manage unexpected operational challenges with composed, strategic responses to minimize impact and restore services promptly. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational processes, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
About you
You are an experienced professional with over seven years in cloud operations and virtualization technologies, holding a graduate degree in science, engineering (BE/B Tech), or M.Sc. IT. Your advanced skills include managing and configuring environments with vCloud Director, VMware ESXi, vSphere, and NSX-T, coupled with hands-on experience with infrastructures such as Dell and Cisco chassis, and knowledge of public cloud platforms like Azure. You combine technical expertise with clear communication and effective customer engagement, adapting to shifting priorities while collaborating with diverse teams.Your professional skills:• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in managing and configuring vCloud Director environments for effective cloud service delivery.• Possesses comprehensive expertise in VMware ESXi and vSphere, including vCenter and ESXi management components.• Applies in-depth knowledge of NSX-T to implement advanced network virtualization and segmentation strategies.• Utilizes hands-on experience with Dell M1000 and M630 chassis, Cisco UCS, and HPE chassis to support infrastructure requirements.• Integrates knowledge of public cloud platforms, particularly Azure, to design, deploy, and maintain hybrid and public cloud solutions.• Communicates clearly and professionally in written and verbal interactions with clients and team members.• Adapts problem-solving approaches to address technical challenges effectively within dynamic environments.• Engages collaboratively within teams, contributing expertise and knowledge to achieve shared objectives.Your soft skills:• Consistently fosters clear and effective communication across diverse teams and client groups.• Demonstrates adaptability in managing varying client needs and technology environments with flexibility.• Maintains composure and applies strategic thinking when resolving operational challenges.• Collaborates constructively with colleagues to support team success and knowledge sharing.• Approaches customer interactions professionally to ensure positive client experiences.
