ABOUT THE POSITION:

Residential Journeyman Electrician Company: SALT Service Co. | Location: Austin, TX Pay: $80,000 – $160,000 / annually based on performance pay. + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus! Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (or until jobs are complete)

What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality residential electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Provide "white-glove" customer service, actively listening to needs and clearly explaining solutions and pricing.
• Ensure all work strictly complies with local safety codes and city ordinances.
• Maintain a clean workspace, professional appearance, and collaborative team attitude.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensing: Valid Texas Residential Wireman or Journeyman License.
• Customer-First Mindset: Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bonus Skills: Experience using ServiceTitan is highly preferred.
