Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. This position also involves defining and monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of testing activities, managing test execution, and facilitating timely resolution of defects to maintain overall product quality and reliability.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Suite Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes specific to SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective testing strategies.
- Skilled in defect tracking, root cause analysis, and driving defect resolution in collaboration with development teams.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools relevant to SAP testing is advantageous.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Business Suite Testing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
