Description
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, up to 40 hours per week. Work schedules may vary within the 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM operating window, based on Government requirements.
Summary:
Ladgov Corporation is seeking two qualified Strength and Conditioning Coaches to provide Human Performance Optimization (HPO) support services at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. The positions focus on improving military personnel's physical performance, operational readiness, injury prevention, and overall fitness through individualized and group training programs.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related health science field.
Current Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification.
Current CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), and AED certifications.
Minimum three years of experience working with elite athletes within the past five years.
Duties:
Develop and implement individualized and group strength and conditioning programs.
Conduct physical fitness evaluations and performance assessments.
Provide coaching on strength, endurance, mobility, and injury prevention.
Monitor participant progress and adjust training programs accordingly.
Maintain accurate performance records and coordinate with HPO personnel.
