Working Hours: Flexible 9-hour shift (start time between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM)
Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 in-hand per month

About the Role

We are looking for an execution-focused Growth Marketer / Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid acquisition, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and performance analytics. This is not a generalist Digital Marketing or SEO role.

You will be responsible for managing and scaling paid campaigns with a strong focus on conversions, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and overall ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage monthly advertising budgets of ₹1 lakh+.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve conversions and ROI.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics including:
  • CPL (Cost Per Lead)
  • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
  • CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
  • CPC (Cost Per Click)
  • CTR (Click-Through Rate)
  • Conversion Rate
  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
• Conduct audience research, segmentation, targeting, and retargeting.
• Manage campaign setup, tracking, pixels, conversion events, and related campaign parameters.
• Develop and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Identify ad fatigue, performance drops, scaling opportunities, and optimization areas.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Work closely with creative and business teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining an efficient CAC and healthy ROAS.
• Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms and performance marketing best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1.5 – 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing.
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven experience managing ₹1 lakh+ monthly ad spend.
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition and conversion funnels.
• Good knowledge of campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPL, CAC, CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
• Experience with A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to clearly explain campaign performance and results.

Important Note

This role is specifically for Performance/Growth Marketing. Candidates whose experience is primarily in SEO, social media management, content marketing, branding, or general digital marketing without substantial hands-on paid advertising experience will not be considered.
