Description

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support two brothers to access enjoyable activities in the community, develop independence and spend time with a positive, supportive adult.

They are funny, affectionate, caring, outgoing and chatty boys who enjoy spending time with people who take the time to get to know them. They have great personalities and a wide range of interests.

One boy enjoys anything electrical, while the other  has a keen interest in gaming and anime. Together they enjoy baking, gaming, sports, trampolining, visiting parks and playing outdoors. They would like a PA who can encourage their interests, support them to access activities and provide opportunities for them to have fun and try new experiences.

The PA will support the boys on outings and activities both at home and in the community, helping them build confidence, social skills and independence while ensuring they feel safe, supported and included.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, caring, fun and approachable, with the ability to build positive relationships with children. The ideal candidate will be reliable, trustworthy and have excellent communication skills. Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs would be beneficial, although this is not essential. An understanding of SEND would also be advantageous.

The family would like the opportunity to meet potential applicants before employment to ensure a good match for both boys.
