Key Responsibilities:

Supervise night shift staff and oversee evening operations

Execute closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the building

Maintain cleanliness and prep the restaurant for the next day

Provide leadership and training during evening hours

Support team members and help resolve issues that arise during the shift
