At Eanes Heating & Air, we're growing and looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team in High Point, NC. This is a full-time, in-office position working Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional hours may occasionally be available to help cover scheduling needs during holidays or team absences.

What You'll Do

As a Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in coordinating our field operations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and dispatching HVAC and Electrical Technicians
• Monitoring and optimizing daily service routes
• Answering inbound customer calls and providing exceptional service
• Accurately entering and updating service tickets
• Creating dispatch numbers for parts orders
• Tracking and following up on parts orders
• Scheduling appointments for part installations
• Communicating effectively with technicians, customers, and internal teams
• Helping ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented, with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of office, administrative, or customer service experience
• Previous dispatching experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to learn scheduling and customer management software
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to support others

Experience Preferred

• Office/Administrative Experience: 2+ years (Required)
• Dispatcher Experience: 1+ year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook): 1+ year (Required)
• ServiceTitan Experience: 1+ year (Preferred)
