Rewards That Matter
Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage to keep you at your best, plus Life Insurance for added peace of mind. Build your future with a 401(k), and choose the savings tools that fit your life with a Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA). You'll also have Paid Time Off to recharge and come back strong.
A Day, In Motion
You'll start by reviewing your queue, prioritizing accounts, and mapping out the best next steps. The day moves quickly between focused call blocks, short documentation bursts, and scheduled follow-ups you set to keep momentum. You'll lean on established procedures and templates, then pivot smoothly when new information comes in-like updated contact details or a time-sensitive status change. Throughout the day, you'll coordinate as needed with your manager or other departments to keep work flowing, protect the ICUL System's reputation, and close the loop on open items before signing off.
