Overview
Black Label Built is hiring a Sales Consultant – Outdoor Living to meet with homeowners and guide them through outdoor construction and renovation projects. This role focuses on in-home consultations, relationship building, and guiding clients through the decision-making process.
You will work closely with estimating and production teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to build.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
- Gather project needs, scope, and design direction
- Present solutions and guide homeowners through options
- Collaborate with estimating team for project proposals
- Communicate clearly throughout the sales process
- Hand off approved projects to production with complete details
Performance Metrics
- Total revenue generated
- Close rate on qualified consultations
Compensation
- Commission-based role
- 7% commission on sold projects
- Estimated annual earnings vary based on performance and volume
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (construction/home services a plus)
