What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Help patients improve daily living skills, functional mobility, and independence.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Document treatments and communicate patient updates to the therapy team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
What We're Looking For
- Current Michigan Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for helping patients reach their goals.
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
