As a Services Specialist – Customer Contract Management, you will be responsible for activities providing the necessary support on pre- and post-contractual administration and management, Terms & Conditions of the contract, and the management of claims. You will also be involved in the definition, management, and execution of risk modeling and contract estimating activities in support of contracts, tenders, and project reviews.
As a Services Specialist – Customer Contract Management, you will be responsible for:
- Being responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
- Providing both service agreement and time and material program management.
- Assisting in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.
- Assuring timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
- Interacting with members of customer service, parts & transactional services, field service, repair service and/or other teams.
- Functioning as liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts.
- Working together with people from the business unit, with contacts under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning activities, and providing explanations on technical issues.
- Handling standardized project processes, with guidelines for choosing the right actions and some latitude in ways of working and planning.
- Handling targeted clients, working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks, with some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have the ability to work independently.
- Have strong problem-solving skills.
- Have offshore experience in wellhead and casings projects.
