ASML is seeking a learning and development professional to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical learning solutions that enable employee growth and business performance. This role partners with subject matter experts, engineers, leadership teams, and global stakeholders to develop impactful learning experiences that support onboarding, technical capability development, and organizational transformation. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be passionate about supporting the development of technical talent.
Role and responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs aligned with business priorities.
- Design, develop, coordinate, and implement instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning solutions.
- Manage learning programs from concept through deployment, including project planning, communications, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical content into effective learning experiences.
- Monitor program effectiveness through participant feedback, completion data, and business impact metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance learning content, processes, and learner experiences.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency across training programs and learning journeys.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that support workforce capability development and organizational change.
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Engineering, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in learning and development, training, program management, organizational development, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting technical or engineering populations is preferred.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a matrixed or global organization is considered an advantage.

- Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into learner-focused content.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using learning management systems and project management tools.

- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
Other information
- This position requires effective collaboration with stakeholders across multiple business sectors and geographic locations.
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
- The successful candidate must be able to effectively balance operational execution with strategic thinking.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:

Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
