As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation through the implementation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and process changes. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with various stakeholders, and contribute to the growth and success of OCBC.
How you succeed
To excel in this role, you will need to develop a deep understanding of our business operations, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement effective process changes. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions and ensure successful adoption of the new ERP system and processes.
What you do
- Manage the changes to ERP system and process changes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption of new processes
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of process changes
Who you are
- A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, change management, or ERP implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with ERP systems and process improvement methodologies
