SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an individual with a strong ability to analyze/design and implement software solutions to support a growing company. Working under the supervision of the CIO and collaborating with a technical team and end users, the software developer will have the opportunity to recommend and build software solutions, to design, code, test and enhance programs and database structures to support financial client applications.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Software code and development
- Proficiency in the development of software
- Proficiency and/or willing to train in Power On, Episys/Symitar (proprietary)
- Basic knowledge of scripting
- Knowledge of Synergy, Symconnect, SymExchange a plus
- API integration knowledge
- Experience with JavaScript
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, XML, ASP, C++, CSS, C# a plus
- Excel in working in an Agile Development environment
- Basic network understanding of LAN/WAN applications, libraries, folders, users, passwords, and files
- Displays a proactive approach to system security and compliance.
- Demonstrates proactive approach with a quality mindset and attention to detail.
- Displays excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Shows up-to-date knowledge of technological advancements.
- Data model design and object configuration and relationship mapping
- Knowledge of database concepts (tables, fields, relationships)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Starting annual wage - $75,360 + depending on experience
