- Serve as a resource to team members by answering questions and providing guidance based on accessorial processes and industry knowledge.
- Support the onboarding and training of new Associate Analysts, helping drive team effectiveness and consistency.
- Assist with screening and onboarding new accessorial customers and supporting operational transitions.

- Support the development, documentation, and implementation of accessorial policies and procedures.
- Maintain organized records of accessorial transactions, audits, disputes, and customer communications.
- Participate in special projects focused on cost analysis, billing optimization, and operational efficiencies.
What you'll need to excel:
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of experience supporting accessorial charges, transportation billing, settlement operations, or a related logistics function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
It'd be great if you also have:
