The Opportunity

How You'll Make an Impact
- Process customer orders in SAP with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with feeder factories to manage order flow, production updates, and delivery timelines.
- Partner with project management teams to support order-related activities and milestones.
- Serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies or fulfillment issues.
- Maintain accurate order documentation and records within SAP and related systems.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to help ensure on-time deliveries.
- Prepare and communicate reports on order progress, lead times, and key performance metrics.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, customer operations, logistics, or a related function.
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills across multiple teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
