Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – India

Location: Hyderabad, IndiaFunction: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition

 

About the Role

JAGGAER is looking for a hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. The role combines end-to-end recruiting and active sourcing with a strong focus on Employer Branding in India.

You will partner with hiring managers across the organization, proactively build talent pipelines, and help strengthen JAGGAER’s position as an employer of choice in the Indian market.

Principal Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies, candidate profiles, interviews, and selection.
• Manage recruiting activities and candidate data through iCIMS.
• Use AI tools to improve interview quality and recruiting efficiency.
• Drive and support Employer Branding initiatives in India, particularly in Hyderabad.
• Develop talent attraction campaigns, employee stories, and content for LinkedIn and employer rating platforms.
• Support recruiting events, networking activities, employee referrals, and other local talent initiatives.
• Track recruiting KPIs and continuously improve sourcing and hiring effectiveness.

Position Requirements

• 7+  years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in technology, SaaS, or an international environment.
• Strong active sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Demonstrated Employer Branding experience.
• Experience with iCIMS or a comparable ATS; iCIMS preferred.
• Experience with AI recruiting technology is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
