Key Responsibilities
Delta Electronics is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager – Power Infrastructure Solutions to lead strategic customer relationships and drive revenue growth within the Hyperscale, AI, Cloud, and Colocation Data Center markets. This role is responsible for expanding Delta's Critical Power portfolio by delivering highly reliable electrical infrastructure solutions that support mission-critical and AI-driven data centers.
Working alongside engineering, product management, field application engineering, and executive leadership, this individual will become a trusted advisor to customers while positioning Delta as a strategic partner for next-generation electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic account plans for major Hyperscale, AI, Cloud Service Provider, and Colocation customers.
- Serve as the executive point of contact across engineering, procurement, operations, and executive leadership.
- Drive revenue growth across Delta's Critical Power Infrastructure portfolio.
- Promote integrated power infrastructure solutions including:
- UPS Systems
- Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
- Remote Power Panels (RPP)
- Busway Systems
- Rack Power Distribution
- Switchgear
- Solid State Transformers (SST)
- Containerized Data Center Solutions
- Power Monitoring
- Energy Storage Integration
- Lead complex sales opportunities from early engagement through implementation.
- Identify opportunities to expand Delta's power infrastructure portfolio within existing customers.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Program Management, Operations, and FAE teams.
- Influence customer electrical infrastructure roadmaps supporting AI and high-density computing environments.
- Conduct executive business reviews and customer strategy sessions.
- Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and pipeline management.
- Monitor market trends, power infrastructure technologies, and competitive activity.
- Represent Delta Electronics at customer events and industry conferences.
Key Performance Indicators
- Achieve annual bookings and revenue objectives.
- Grow Delta's market share within strategic Hyperscale accounts.
- Secure design wins across critical power infrastructure.
- Develop executive-level customer relationships.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accuracy.
- Expand long-term strategic customer partnerships.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within power distribution, electrical infrastructure, or data center solutions.
- Proven experience managing large, complex, or strategic accounts, preferably within Hyperscale, cloud, or colocation environments.
- Strong understanding of data center power distribution systems, electrical infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver custom, value-based solutions aligned with customer business and technical needs.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred).
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including pricing, margin management, and contract negotiations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer and market conditions.
- Willingness to travel up to 40–50% as required to support customer engagement.
Pay Range
USD $160,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 /Yr.Preferred Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of enterprise sales or strategic account management experience within:
- Critical Power
- Electrical Infrastructure
- Data Center Power Systems
- Mission Critical Infrastructure
- Demonstrated success selling into Hyperscale, Cloud Providers, AI Infrastructure customers, Colocation providers, or Enterprise Data Centers.
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and critical power architecture.
- Experience managing large consultative sales engagements involving engineering, procurement, and executive leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 30–40% throughout North America.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year. Actual pay will depend on factors such as location, skills, experience, market conditions, and business needs. This role may also be eligible for incentive pay, subject to the terms of the applicable plan. Eligible employees receive company-provided benefits in accordance with plan terms and eligibility requirements.
