Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service through a compassionate, supportive team that values communication, integrity, teamwork, and continuous growth.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide compassionate, individualized hospice care wherever patients call home—including private residences, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, CNAs, and volunteers to develop care plans that support the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families. We prioritize quality over quantity by maintaining lower clinician caseloads and higher staff-to-patient ratios. This allows our nurses to spend more meaningful time with patients and families, build lasting relationships, and provide the compassionate, personalized care every patient deserves.
Depending on your strengths and interests, we have various nursing opportunities available:
Registered Nurse - Case Manager
- FT Days - Monday – Friday, days (occasional on call rotation)
- Enjoy a true work-life balance with manageable caseloads, mindful drive times and strong clinical support
- Pay range: $80K- $89K/yearly, DOE plus bonus opportunities
Admission Nurse
- Shift: 4/10 schedule (four 10-hour days)
- Work 4 Days, Unwind for 3!
- Pay range: $85k-$95K/yearly, DOE plus bonus opportunities
Weekend Visit Nurse - Part Time
- Great opportunity for additional shifts and supplemental income!
- Saturday and Sunday, Days (8:00am - 5:00pm)
- Pay range: $42-$45/hourly, DOE plus bonus opportunities
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of practice
A passion for providing exceptional, patient-centered hospice care
Strong collaboration and communication skills with interdisciplinary care teams
Ability to work independently while effectively managing your daily schedule
Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance patient visits, documentation, meetings, and urgent needs
Comfort learning and utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance to travel throughout the service area
