Looking for restaurant hours without the late nights? Join the team at Willie’s Joynt Café, located inside the Texas Roadhouse Support Center! You'll serve breakfast and lunch to our Support Center Roadies, help with internal catering, and be part of a fun, fast-paced environment where great food and legendary service come together. With weekday hours, a great location, and an awesome team, this is a role you'll look forward to showing up for.

Your Recipe for Success

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Restaurant or food service experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Great communication and listening skills
• A positive attitude and passion for serving others

What’s On Your Plate

• Deliver legendary customer service every day
• Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders
• Operate the POS system and process payments
• Follow recipes, prep sheets, and food specifications
• Help maintain food quality and cook time standards
• Keep the café, kitchen, and storage areas clean and organized
• Stock supplies and keep the café running smoothly
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with front-of-house and back-of-house tasks as needed
• Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment
• Support internal catering requests
• Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed

Support Center employees who meet benefit eligibility receive a comprehensive total rewards package starting the first day of the month after 31 days of employment.
