Description
Freelance Capability & Resource Manager (AI Transformation), Immediate start
This a fantastic chance for an experienced Capability & Resource Manager with a good understanding of AI Transformation projects to join an global pharmaceutical company on a multi-year transformation programme. You'll be responsible for building longterm resource plans to ensure that the right skills are available when they are needed.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Initially 6 months, extensions expected to at least mid 2028
Capacity: Full time
Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite in Germany, 3 days per week remote
Languages: English (German beneficial)
Must have
- 5+ years resource management, workforce planning, or PMO experience
- Experience working on complex international environments
- Strong ability to forecast workforce demand and capacity
- Experience on AI Transformation programmes
- Business fluent English
