Who You Are
- You are a collaborative and results-oriented marketer who enjoys turning insights into campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
- You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy using data to make informed decisions and improve business outcomes.
- You have a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, campaigns, and results.
- You are a relationship builder who works effectively with cross-functional teams, agency partners, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
- You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, helping move ideas from concept to implementation.
- You stay current on marketing trends, consumer behaviour, and digital best practices, and use those insights to improve performance.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning, development, and execution of Membership marketing initiatives and campaigns focused on Member acquisition and retention.
- Contribute to and lead key marketing programs from concept through execution, including digital campaigns, incentive programs, contests, and promotional initiatives.
- Develop engaging Membership-related content across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Manage online marketing activities including search engine marketing (SEM), digital display advertising, content marketing, and other performance-driven tactics.
- Partner with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to coordinate content development, campaign deployment, optimization, and reporting.
- Help shape go-to-market strategies and campaign plans that deliver against Membership growth and retention targets.
- Support the development of annual marketing plans, forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve results and Member experience.
- Track key business metrics such as Membership growth, revenue, new Membership sales, and retention rates, providing actionable recommendations.
- Support financial administration activities including budget tracking, invoicing, and accrual management.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and external vendors.
- Monitor consumer, competitive, and industry trends and apply insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with CAA club partners across the federation to share best practices and identify opportunities for innovation.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in consumer, loyalty, membership, subscription, or customer-focused environments.
- Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEM, paid media, content marketing, and campaign performance measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Sound business acumen and a results-oriented mindset focused on driving measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Passion for customer experience and creating effective, member-focused marketing programs.
