We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Santa Clara, CA team, where collaboration, hands-on learning, and regular feedback help you build confidence and grow your skills.
With a supportive team and opportunities to take on greater customer ownership, you'll have the tools and flexibility to make a meaningful impact.
Base Pay Range: $50,000 - $55,000 / Annually
*Total earning potential is based on the assigned customer account portfolio and sales order volume
Location: Santa Clara, CA | Hybrid
Tuesday–Thursday onsite | Monday & Friday remote
What you will do?
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and proactive outreach
- Identify new sales opportunities and grow business within assigned accounts and territories
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and solutions to meet their needs
- Partner with sales leadership to develop strategies and achieve revenue goals
- Prepare and present sales proposals that highlight the value of our products and services
- Participate in customer meetings, taking on greater ownership as you develop your skills and confidence
- Manage customer accounts, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records using CRM software
- Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities
- Address customer concerns and work toward timely, effective resolutions
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Accounting, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience
What you bring to the table!
- 2+ years of sales or related experience, with a track record of meeting sales goals
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset and the motivation to identify new opportunities
- Willingness to learn, seek feedback, and continuously develop your sales skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Associate degree preferred
