Description
Your Tasks:
Monitoring and analysis of data relating to the private bank’s internal control system (ICS), including the risk-based control approach and self-assessment systems (RCSA) / Assessment of the adequacy and effectiveness of the operational risk framework / Continuous optimisation of documentation, processes, frameworks and systems, as well as the identification, prioritisation and documentation of risks (e.g. in the areas of operations, IT/cyber, legal and compliance) / Responsibility for the transparent collection of internal and external loss data, supplemented by ongoing scenario analyses / Initiation of the relevant risk reviews, as well as the coordination and implementation of adjustments in response to changing risk scenarios, monitoring the implementation of measures and conducting control tests / Further development of the ICS reporting framework for Legal & Compliance / Design and delivery of ICS and RCSA training courses to promote risk awareness / Providing support for specialist teams, the Legal & Compliance division, Internal Audit and the supervisory authorities / Ongoing dialogue and meetings with the three lines of defence.
Your Profile:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics / CIA or CPA certification would be an advantage / Professional experience in the field of internal controls or process risk management at a bank, in auditing or in consultancy for banks / Experience in adapting, changing or implementing a regulatory risk framework / Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail / Team-oriented approach and a strong understanding of how to interact with people at various organisational levels / Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, and to think in a structured and holistic manner / Excellent communication skills / IT skills and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Fluent in English; knowledge of German would be an advantage / Current place of residence in Switzerland.
