Commercial Sales Support
Support commercial sales through account research, CRM segmentation, routing, pipeline reporting, and revenue pacing analysis. Coordinate ownership and handoffs with account managers and traveling reps. This role does not carry a book of business or a personal revenue quota; sellers own prospect qualification, customer relationships, and closing activity.

Accountability and Decision Authority
Sales Operations owns data standards, reporting preparation, workflow coordination, and training delivery within approved policies. Account managers own their customer relationships, discovery, next steps, and selling activity. The Vice President, Sales owns sales strategy, team coaching and performance management, final forecast approval, and account allocation decisions.
Sales Operations makes execution gaps visible and recommends action. Changes to sales policy, pricing authority, staffing, compensation, or shared technology require approval from the appropriate leader. System changes affecting Marketing, FACTS, or financial reporting must be coordinated with those owners.
