On Call Banquet Server

Cherokee Town & Country Club in Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire an On Call Banquet Server to provide friendly customer service while mixing and serving drinks to our members and their guests during their events. We are looking for a motivated individual who will exceed expectations with a winning personality! If that sounds like you, read on!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BANQUET SERVER 

As a Banquet Server, you enjoy the hustle and bustle of our banquet events. Your warm, friendly, and professional demeanor creates a lasting impression for our members and guests. Your attention to detail and passion for customer service are essential to your success. In a typical event, you will:  

• Greet members and guests with a smile as they arrive 
• Suggest menu choices our customers will enjoy, as an expert on our food and menu 
• Anticipate members' needs and take care of requests quickly 
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the event 
• Check back with members and guests after serving to ensure satisfaction 
• Keep tables and the dining room clean and organized 
• Handle opening and closing duties for the shift you work  

ON CALL WORK SCHEDULE  

• On call position 
• Variable schedule based on event volume and club operations
