Description

Futures start here. Where first steps, new friendships, and confident learners are born. At KinderCare Learning Companies, the first and only early childhood education provider recognized with the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, we offer a variety of early education and child care options for families. Whether it’s KinderCare Learning Centers, Champions, or Crème de la Crème, we build confidence for kids, families, and the future we share. And we want you to join us in shaping it—in neighborhoods, at work, and in schools nationwide.

At KinderCare Learning Companies, you’ll use your skills and expertise to support the work (and fun) that happens in our sites and centers every day. From marketers and strategists to financial analysts and data engineers, and so much more, we’re all passionate about crafting a world where children, families, and organizations can thrive.

As the External Enrichment Strategy Manager, you’ll lead the launch, growth, and performance of KinderCare’s external enrichment programs across our family of brands. You’ll identify and build new vendor partnerships that expand enrichment opportunities, generate revenue, and create high-quality experiences for children and families. Working with field leaders, internal teams, and external partners, you’ll turn program strategy into scalable solutions that can be successfully launched and adopted across our all brands, including KinderCare Learning Centers, Champions Before- and After-School Programs, Creme Schools, Skyrise Schools, and KinderCare Education at Work.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable leading complex initiatives that require strategic thinking, strong execution, and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development & Portfolio Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor partnerships that expand enrichment offerings, create new revenue opportunities, and meet the needs of all our brands
  • Execution & Program Launch: Lead the onboarding and rollout of new enrichment programs, coordinating timelines, tools, training, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful launches
  • Operational Excellence & Standardization: Develop scalable processes, procedures, and tools that support consistent program delivery while addressing the unique needs of each brand
  • Revenue & Performance: Drive revenue growth and center adoption by monitoring key metrics, addressing barriers, and partnering with field leadership to achieve enrollment and financial goals
  • Cross-Functional Partnership & Problem Solving: Partner with marketing, finance, pricing, procurement, training, product development, and field leadership teams to resolve challenges and support effective program delivery
  • Data & Continuous Improvement: Use data, research, and field feedback to identify opportunities, improve programs and processes, and inform future program development

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years as a successful project manager, operations manager, or in a multi-unit operations leadership role
  • Proven track record of translating strategy into execution and driving operational results at scale
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience driving revenue accountability and financial performance at the operational level
  • Demonstrated success in building scalable operational frameworks, tools, and training programs
  • Experience in childcare, education, or similar service-based industries with distributed operations
  • Experience building operational infrastructure for new programs
  • Familiarity with center P&L management and operational metrics that drive financial performance
