THE OPPORTUNITY

The position focuses on the development of research materials and case studies in the areas of peer feedback, coaching, and working in project teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Summarize research from the key areas of peer feedback, feedback, coaching and project teams

analyze survey data

Write short case studies

Organize research material

Assume additional responsibilities as required.

WHAT EDUCATION AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

Ability to conduct research

Analytical skills

Good writing skills

Experience working in project teams

Ability to work independently to solve problems;

Interest in creating feedback exercises for use in the classroom

Experience in using AI for ideation purposes

Must have strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
