Location: Southern California or Washington DC with team in both regions and Florida

Our Client is an innovative, well-established pipe restoration and plumbing company serving HOAs, property management companies, REITs, HUD and community housing properties, and other commercial and multifamily properties in Southern California, Washington, DC, and Florida. We are growing and looking for a proven sales leader to build and drive a high-performing team.
About the Role
The National Sales Manager leads our team of Outside Business Developers and works cross-functionally with operations, recruiting, and leadership to hit and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and coach the outside sales team to exceed sales goals and daily/weekly objectives; recognize top performers and provide support and training for those below target.
- Create HubSpot CRM accountability standards to improve reporting and pipeline visibility.
- Drive and empower the sales team to develop and grow relationships with HOAs and their boards, property management companies, REITs, and HUD and community housing organizations.
- Oversee and review proposals, bid documents (RFPs), presentations, and contracts for the commercial sales division.
- Present company service offerings through Lunch & Learns, Board Presentations, and other client-facing events as required.
- Partner with marketing on paid advertising, SEO, and social media strategies to generate leads and support the sales pipeline.
- Run EOS Level 10 (L10) meetings with business developers, both as a team and one-on-one, and report goals and sales activity in management L10 meetings.
- Create quarterly and annual sales budgets and individual sales targets to achieve overall annual sales goals.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to track results, regional trends, and productivity.
- Recommend organizational and process improvements that make the sales process more efficient.
- Partner with the recruiting team to screen, interview, hire, and train new team members.
- Travel, including overnight travel, to regional markets and industry events nationwide to support the team and meet clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 5+ years of sales management experience leading a team of 5 or more (required).
- Experience selling to HOAs, property management companies, REITs, or HUD and community housing organizations preferred.
- Working knowledge of SEO and social media marketing, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and similar platforms.
- Strong command of the sales process, including identifying buying criteria, overcoming objections, and building solutions that close deals.
- Assertive, confident communicator with outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, including HubSpot or similar CRM, Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Google applications, and AI tools.
- Knowledge of the plumbing, construction, or service industry preferred, but not required.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug test.
