Director, Physician Practices and Operations

A highly respected nonprofit health system is seeking an experienced Director, Operations and Physician Practices to join its leadership team in Savannah, GA.

This is a strategic ambulatory physician-practice operations role overseeing multiple specialty practices with 7 physicians, 10 APPs and four direct-report leaders. The Director will lead experienced Practice Managers while partnering closely with physicians to improve access, productivity, operational efficiency, staffing, financial performance and patient experience.

We're looking for:

• 3+ years of progressive physician-practice, medical group or ambulatory operations leadership experience
• Experience leading managers and complex practice operations
• Strong physician relationship skills
• Excellent financial and operational acumen
• Master's degree required
• Oncology experience preferred

Compensation: Up to $163K base annually, dependent on experience, plus relocation assistance, temporary housing and a comprehensive benefits package. Additional salary flexibility may be considered for an exceptional candidate.
