Use Your Scientific Expertise to Shape Global Evidence Generation

We are seeking a highly collaborative Clinical Scientist to join our international Medical Evidence Development team and play a pivotal role in the delivery of global observational and non-interventional studies across innovative therapeutic areas.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to established and emerging portfolios, including Migraine, COVID-19 (Paxlovid), and upcoming Obesity programs, while partnering with colleagues and stakeholders around the world.
What You Will Do
As a Clinical Scientist, you will lead and manage the execution of international and global studies, ensuring operational excellence, scientific rigor, and compliance across multiple study types and SOP frameworks.
You will:
- Drive the operational execution and oversight of global observational, epidemiological, pragmatic, and low-interventional studies.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Statistics, Clinical Data Sciences, Regulatory, Safety, and external research partners.
- Navigate and manage studies governed by multiple global and local SOPs, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance throughout the study lifecycle.
- Coordinate international study teams, vendors, and collaborators across regions and time zones.
- Lead study planning, execution, monitoring, data review, and reporting activities.
- Contribute to regulatory submissions, inspections, audits, publications, and scientific communications.
- Identify operational risks and develop solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help shape evidence-generation strategies across the portfolio.

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related scientific field.
- Experience in clinical research, observational studies, epidemiology, or evidence generation.
- Experience working within multinational or global study teams.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of clinical research processes, GCP, and study operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple studies and functions simultaneously.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within pharmaceutical or biotechnology organizations.
- Experience managing external vendors and research partners.
- Therapeutic area experience in Migraine, Infectious Diseases, or Obesity is an advantage.
- Experience in global evidence-development programs.
