Job Description
You will support the People Experience team in People & Culture initiatives and ongoing change management projects, global engagement activities, and CapitaLand Group staff events in Singapore.
Responsibilities
• Assist in conceptualization, planning and the execution of monthly employee engagement activities and initiatives e.g. CapitaLand Group Wellbeing programme, Chinese New Year Celebration, Sports/ Family Day, Annual Staff Appreciation Night
• Support in the organisation’s Culture Alignment project and activities
• Manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects
• Assist with designing communication assets e.g. EDMs, web pages on CapitaLand intranet, survey forms via use of Canva, Sharepoint and TypeForm
• Perform copywriting for webpages, email communications, and social media posts
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource, Media & Communications, Marketing, or any other related disciplines
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Skilled in Canva (graphic design) and Typeform (survey creation)
• Independent, creative and out-of-the-box thinker
• Able to multi-task and deliver work timely and accurately
