Cargo Handler – 1st Shift

Pay: $17.42/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

We're hiring a dependable Cargo Handler to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Cleveland, OH. If you enjoy staying active and working in a team environment, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a stable company.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight from trailers safely and efficiently
• Move, sort, stage, and organize freight throughout the warehouse
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment (training provided as needed)
• Scan and track shipments using handheld RF scanners
• Inspect incoming and outgoing freight for damage and verify shipment accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work with team members to meet daily shipping and production goals

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or freight handling experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
