Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join a growing team as a Sales Manager. Organization is a technology-driven agency specializing in trucking and transportation insurance, offering both commercial and personal lines of coverage.
Compensation Package
- $70,000–$75,000 base salary + commission (40/30 split on business brought in, 5–7% on producers' book of business under your coaching).

Responsibilities
- Act as a "player-coach," developing and mentoring producers to grow their books of business.
- Implement and refine systems to enhance sales processes and team performance.
- Utilize agency management software to support sales and logistics.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active 2-20 license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a relevant role; candidates with a process-oriented mindset are highly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software.
