ポジション概要

リサーチ部門において、不動産市場の分析とインサイト提供を担う不動産リサーチ（アナリスト or マネージャー）を募集します。データに基づく市場分析を通じて、国内外の投資家や事業会社の意思決定をサポートする重要な役割を担っていただきます。

業務内容

• 不動産市場のデータ集計と分析：事業用不動産の各アセット（オフィス、物流施設、商業施設、住宅等）のデータを集計、賃料や空室率の動向を分析する

• 市況予測とレポート執筆：マクロ経済（実質GDP成長率等）動向や社内の他部門（売買仲介、賃貸仲介、不動産管理、など）の担当者とのディスカッション等をふまえ、将来の市況見通しを作成、レポートにまとめて市場に発信する。

•   クライアント対応：国内外の投資家もしくは事業会社に対して、市場概要の説明やプレゼンテーションを行う。

就業時間・休日

• 就業時間： 9:00～17:10（休憩60分）

• 休日： 週休2日制（土・日）、祝日、年末年始

給与：選考を通じてご経験・能力及び業務内容を考慮し決定します

残業代： 有り　固定残業代を基本年収に含む（月30時間相当額）

賞与：有り（業績変動賞与）

応募資格

必須経験・スキル

• Excel（PivotTable、XLOOKUP、INDEX/MATCH、集計関数等を用いた分析経験）、Word、PPT

• 大卒以上

• コミュニケーション能力と協調性

あればよい経験スキル

• プレゼンテーションスキル、英語でもプレゼンテーションができれば尚可。

• 分析力と論理的思考力

• 統計や経済学の知識

• 不動産業界での経験や知識

選考プロセス

書類選考→面接（複数回実施予定）→最終面接
