Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Team Member - Private Trust & Estate Administration to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and managing private trust and estate portfolios, ensuring that fiduciary duties are carried out efficiently and in compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements. You will work closely with clients, beneficiaries, legal professionals, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality trust and estate administration services.
What you will be doing
Administer private trust and estate accounts in accordance with trust deeds, wills, applicable laws, and internal procedures
Manage day-to-day trust and estate administration activities, including record keeping, reporting, and documentation
Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, solicitors, financial institutions, and relevant authorities to facilitate trust and estate matters
Ensure all transactions and activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Support the team leader and manager in delivering trust and estate administration mandates accurately and efficiently
Prepare correspondence, reports, account reviews, and other documentation related to trust and estate portfolios
Monitor timelines and follow up on outstanding matters to ensure prompt service delivery
Handle client enquiries professionally and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Protect the reputation and integrity of the department and the Group through professional and ethical conduct
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related discipline
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in trust administration, estate management, banking, legal services, fiduciary services, or related fields will have an added advantage
Good planning, organizational, and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and integrity
Knowledge of trust structures, estate administration, and fiduciary responsibilities will be an added advantage
