Summary
Managed end-to-end shipping operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, overseeing domestic and international logistics, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and team performance. Coordinated cross-functional departments to ensure on-time deliveries, optimized shipping processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, and maintained accurate documentation using SAP and warehouse management systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, carrier operations, freight coordination, and international shipping procedures.
- Ability to coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and customer service departments.
- Strong understanding of warehouse shipping procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to analyze shipping metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Experience handling sensitive electronic components and ensuring proper packaging standards is preferred.
- Experience with inventory management systems, SAP software, and shipping documentation.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and shipping software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to train, motivate, and manage team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
- Manage daily shipping operations.
- Supervise shipping personnel.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and transportation regulations.
- Monitor shipping performance, costs, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve logistics issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Previous supervisory or management experience leading shipping teams.
