Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating various activities to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
- Strong understanding of credit management processes and financial supply chain concepts.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FSCM modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within SAP FSCM Credit Management.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP FSCM and other SAP modules or external systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills related to software engineering and application design.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
