Associate Administrator Operations - Harvest (Split Shift) - Dakota City

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties such as answering telephones; typing documents and correspondence; compiling data and generating reports; maintaining files; billing and checking of loading documents for accuracy and any other duties or special projects as assigned. Workday duties to aid and assist all Management Team Members. Coordinate tasks between Human Resources/Benefits/Operations. Must be willing to wear safety equipment/PPE while assisting Management out on the production floor.

***Split Shift with hours 10 AM – 6:30 PM -- MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH WORKING HOURS***

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent

• Experience: 2 plus years experience with Tyson preferred

• Computer Skills: Standard computer skills

• Communication Skills: Bilingual a plus, attention to detail is a must

• Travel: As Required

Reports To: THIS POSITION REPORTS TO THE SUPERINTENDENT
