We are looking for an experienced finance professional to support our Centralized Functions team. The Advisor will work within the fast-paced and impactful Finance Business Partner Enterprise Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) group, in their planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, financial analyses and other ad-hoc projects. You will also maintain the sophisticated Centralized Functions Power BI reporting package, ongoing measurement and analyses, and related ad-hoc requests.

What You Will Do:
Support the development and maintenance of central functions reporting processes.
Accurately analyse and interpret projected results and ensure trends are substantiated and grounded in principle to provide senior management with an understanding of issues to allow them to take appropriate action where required.
Efficiently provide insight to various operating entities in relation to centralized services costs.
Act as the strategic business partner for central functions and provide mentorship to different business partners within the organization.
Lead implementation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards to replace or enhance existing CF reports
Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for other CF team members to accelerate dashboard adoption, support in upskilling CF FP&A team members
Improve CF-FP&A team’s data analytics capabilities through research and disciplined experimentation of various available toolsLead process reviews in target areas to recommend improvements through simplification, standardization and automation.
Who You Are:
University Degree and/or professional designation, along with 4+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or a related finance environment.
You possess advanced Power BI development skills and have demonstrated experience creating impactful dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights.
You have working knowledge of Oracle, SAP, and SmartView.
Experience participating in or supporting Oracle, SAP, or Hyperion system implementations is considered a strong asset.
Demonstrate a high deYou demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex analysis, reporting, and data modeling.
You have proven experience building, maintaining, and leveraging sophisticated financial models to support business decision-making.
You are highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of evaluating information effectively and communicating insights clearly and concisely.
You take a proactive, forward-thinking approach to your work, with a passion for continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation.
Working Conditions:
Primarily office-based work environment.
Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively within tight reporting timelines and deadlines.
Flexibility to work moderate overtime as required during month-end, quarter-end, year-end close processes, and key reporting cycles.
