What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
- Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to support safe operations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and comply with all transportation and safety requirements.
- Support a positive customer experience through professional service and teamwork.
What Are We Looking For
- Valid CDL License.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles in a construction or transportation environment.
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible decision-making.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain professional working relationships.
- Capability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
