The Opportunity
Dynamic Construction Group is seeking a Construction Estimator to take ownership of the estimating function and play a key role in supporting continued growth.
This is a high-impact position with direct visibility to leadership, offering the opportunity to influence processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to the company’s long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs and detailed pricing analysis
• Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
• Identify risks, gaps, and value-engineering opportunities
• Manage bid schedules, timelines, and submissions
• Support project handoff to operations and project teams
• Assist in developing and improving estimating processes and systems

Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary range: $70,000 – $80,000, depending on experience
• Performance-based incentives (structure to be finalized)

Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of construction estimating experience • Experience with commercial construction projects • Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications • Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously • Proficiency in Excel and/or estimating software • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with design-build projects • Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore • Background in tenant finishes, renovations, or commercial interiors • Trade experience (general construction, electrical, etc.) • Experience with ground-up commercial construction, including office, retail, and warehouse projects
