Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced MIG/TIG Welders for projects located in the Bloomington, MN area. This is a first & second shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-30/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a MIG/TIG Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding in all positions
- Set up and operate MIG/TIG welding equipment
- Produce high-quality welds while meeting production goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
- Set up robotic welding systems
- Change fixtures and load welding programs
- Perform preventative maintenance on welding robots
- Make minor robot programming adjustments as needed
Requirements
- Strong MIG & TIG welding experience required
- Ability to weld in all positions
- Experience setting up welding equipment
- Robotic welding experience is a plus
